Which roller is right for me?
APEX is the balanced option for everyday performance. VOLT combines a recycled-plastic core with a frosted finish. TITAN is built for high-performance athletes and has a customisable outer density. Compare all three rollers.
Are the rollers made in Wales?
LAYR55 rollers are designed and manufactured in Wales. Product pages describe 3D printing in a solar-powered studio in Wales.
What materials are used?
APEX uses a PLA core with a renewable TPU 95A outer. VOLT uses a recycled-plastic core with a TPU 95A outer. TITAN uses a PA6-CF carbon-fibre core with a TPU 95A outer.
Can I personalise my build?
APEX and VOLT can include optional name, club or country text. TITAN does not support text personalisation; instead, TITAN offers a choice of Wave-skin density.
How do production and delivery work?
Made-to-order production varies with order details. After dispatch, current UK estimates are 3–5 business days for Standard and 1–2 business days for Express delivery. Read shipping and delivery information.
What is the guarantee and take-back programme?
The 3-year no-split guarantee covers an outer casing split during normal athletic use. When a roller reaches the end of its useful life, contact LAYR55 before arranging a take-back return. Read the guarantee or take-back scheme.
